Terms of Service

Payment:
Payment is due upon purchase.
We only accept PayPal and direct checkout.

Shipping:
Ready to ship items will be shipped no later than 3-5 business days after payment is received. All deliveries are tracked and sent by air worldwide.
Please note: International Mail may take anywhere from a week for delivery.

We are not responsible for paying import duties, customs fees or delays caused by foreign border control procedures. Such fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our price offerings.
Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and Exchanges:
If the item you ordered does not fit, please do not hesitate to notify us immediately and request a different size. We will send you the right size at no additional cost to you. However, you would need to return the jacket that did not fit.

You may return or exchange any item for any reason within 15 days from the purchase date. No questions asked! If you return your merchandise within the return period, we will refund your purchase. We also appreciate any feedback on our service and products.

Additional Policies and FAQs:
Most of our products cannot be modified. However, upon request, we take customized orders and work with our manufacturers to alter a design to your specifications. Customized orders, however may take longer to deliver.

Seller Information:
We take product presentation very seriously. We do not use stock photos. All the photos on our site have been taken in-house by our photographers, so what you see is what you get. Our photos are proprietary to our firm and copyright protected by the law.
